I have two automatic watches now. I can only use one now. So How long can one automatic watch store in box?
Also, someone said it is good to keep it running. Is this true? So I wind it maually everyday. What is a good practice to do so?

It is not a a good pratice to store your watches too long in watch box. There is no hard and fast rule to determaine how long can a watch stored in the box, however, I do not recommende any one to do so. You should wear your watches, this is a better way to keep your watch in good condition. Manually winding a automatic watch is a good pratise, but the best is still to wear it and let the watch winded up by your wrist power. is there any chance of demaging the movement, e.g. over-winding, by manual winding?

Manual winding an automatic watch will not damage the watch. There is a "Clutch" in the watch, once the watch is fully wound, it will release the winding mechanism to prevent "over winding". _________________ 表：今生的愛，前世的債 |

oh... what I can do?
I cannot wear the two automatic watches every alternating days. I think I store it inside a box for some time. But how long can an automatic watch stop running? This is very important. |
