When I pull out the crown for time adjustment, the small second will still move, it is totally different for other brand e.g. Rolex and IWC. Is it true for Panerai chrono or only the Pam 122 shows this? Please answer me brothers!

pam122 用的是OP IV 也就是zenith e1 primero機芯,它沒有停秒裝置,所以會這樣,不用擔心,反而應該開心,因為那是顆很好的機芯!恭喜您!

Is it worth for the pam 122 which cost me USD$8200? I bought it in HK last friday, how much normally in Taiwan?

In Taiwan, you will usually enjoy only 10% discount than the listed pricing. Not sure how much you got in HK. But many people said Taiwan's pricing is cheaper than other countries.
