Sorry I am afraid that you don't get the point.
This watch is running 5 minutes (not seconds) in every hour, that is, it will run 2 hours faster in every day.

It is two hours a day. Can you imagine that?
I will sure send the watch back, but please please do not open or detach it in order to fix it, once you confirm the status I mentioned above is TRUE.
All I want is a brand new one (exchange) or a refund (this is a universal business rule applying to every item with bad conditon in initial shipping) if exchange is not acceptable.
As I mentioned earlier, there exists nobody who will let his watch opened and fixed soon after the purchase without ever wearing it on his hand.

If you intend to fix it,
that means I have to pay again the shipping fees and custom tax again just to regain an amendable watch, which I can already do here via a local watch shop without extra shipping cost and tax.
This is surely what I don't expect.

I am not asking you or begging you, I am just insistting the basic right I have.
I have informed my credit card company (American Express), they said they will take over the case if it is not follwing the ordinary business rule.
I will send back the watch tomorrow no matter what your reply will be, via the Taiwan Postal Service (EMS) as suggested.
It will arrive in about 4-5 days.

就我所知,每小時快5分鐘,
等於一天快2小時,
基本上已經不是「調整」可以解決了,
之前爬文,看網友對hamiliton的評價,
除了龍頭的問題之外,基本上秒差還好,
不過這樣的狀況,還是第一次聽見 困惑

1mm 算是小的... 小弟那次晃動很大.. 當場看到大概有 1cm 以上 裝白ㄘ .. 經過消磁機 後.. 就 ok 了...

奇怪, 當然是靠我的雙眼與另一隻準確的錶
而且我不是只看一次, 而是每天看好幾次, 調好時間再過幾小時還是一樣
難不成我有delusion 還是hallucilation?

我的回應 寫到:

What do you mean the watch is keeping its perfect time.

I measure the time by my eyes with the reference of other good time clock, no use of any other advanced facilities to help my measurement of the time.

Just like any layman who buy a watch, he will surely look at his watch by both eys to tell time for an appointment.

All I know is that the watch is keeping perfect "faster" time as comparing to my reference clock.

Even more concerning is that it is "always" keeping (about) five minutes per hour, no matter what time it is.

I "look at" it several time during the period when it was at my home, and it happened again though I just adjusted it to normal time when it goes faster again.

Do you measure the time difference just for a short period, or you followed it up for more than one hour?

Since there is a discrepancy between us, about the measurement and definition of perfect time regarding this watch, I will confirm the A-to-z Guarantee claim as suggested by Amazon.com and get the refund.
