That price is ok, considering Panerai raised prices when I was waiting for my watch to arrive (I placed my deposit back in Nov, 2007, wait time was 6+ months), so AD gave the discount to bring price back to Sep 2007 level. Panerai raises their prices too fast (especially on the more popular models). It's 12% last April, and it's going to be another 7% in September in US.... All I can say is, if you want one, you better hurry. This almost 20% annual price increase is just crazy.

For your reference , saw a 270 in AD today,
list price is 11400 Euro x .85 (tax return)x47=NT455430 Also 268 too list price is 7900 Euro x .85 (tax return)x47=NT315605 Don't enought cash for it

The price of 270 in Netherland is more attractive to me.

For your information I saw it in Amsterdam AD. I am not sure if it will stay in the AD window till SEPT as it is summer hliday here and many tourist is in Amsterdan. But I am serious thinking taking the 111 with tax return lo. 3700EURx.85*47*=nt147815
