Not really...
I went to 101 last Sunday and spent some time talking with the male clark. ( Forget about the female clark, I hate their attitude and I don't think they know pretty much on watch) He told me unless you finally made your decision to buy the watch in their store, then they will probably give you a good price as Local AD did. They are afraid of people always inquiring the price without buying it so the common answer is no discount. Just show them you are professional at IWC watch and study a lot.... I will go take a look and try to find the "Male" clerk. But I am afraid I will be killed by the "female" clerk but not the "male" one~~ 
And pay original price but no discount to them, if the "female" clerk is a middle age male killer~~ |

Big brother I did went to 一零一 yesterday with my wife to check out this new store I totally agree with your feeling about their sales clerk, especially the female one. I will get my first IWC before Chinese Lunar Year. I need your help so I can find one with reasonable price. Currently I have 2 choices in mind. Cousteau 2 or this one with SS material. Could you please PM me about their prices and location to buy it? Thanks a lot for your help~~

Cousteau 2 is 378201? if yes, the list price is NT 186000 I don't expect you can get a good discount as usual (less than 30%)of this model since it's LE. 20%~15% is reasonable. I only saw this model in 92 and 101 before. I believe you will have a hard time negociating the price with them in these two stores.
