I don not think it is fake. 
Nor would I expect he would sell it under, say NTD 150,000 or 200,000 something. For NTD 400,000, no way. 
I would rather wait for my Radiomir Blackseal and get an PAM112 with the extra.

Agree......however if you are not the original owner, you will wear a watch with the other guy's name on it.
