我早年買了一塊貴公司出產的mido指揮官系列的Ｍ８４２９．４．Ｃ１．１手錶。最近拿去貴公司在中國大陸的維修保養點――上海納沙泰爾手錶服務中心有限公司進行維修保養，豈料上海納沙泰爾手錶服務中心有限公司廣州辦事處及維修中心（廣州環市東路371-375號世貿中心南塔901-903＆921-924）的工作人員不給維修，其理由是沒配件。真是奇怪，貴公司今年還推出mido指揮官系列的５０周年紀念表，怎麼會沒配件呢？再說，我曾經掛電話到上海納沙泰爾手錶服務中心有限公司香港辦事處及維修中心（香港北角電器道169號宏利保險中心40樓 電話：+852 2510 5154）詢問mido指揮官系列的Ｍ８４２９．４．Ｃ１．１手錶維修問題，他們答復我說可以維修，就算有什麼大問題在香港維修不了，還可以幫我送回貴公司維修，怎麼在香港的香港辦事處及維修中心就有配件呢！但是，難道要我捨近求遠地把手錶從廣州拿到香港去維修保養嗎？！我真很奇怪，為什麼貴公司會找中國大陸這樣的一家企業來作為你們的售後服務夥伴？！這不是把你們的金字招牌砸了嗎！而且，我還買了貴公司的一塊Omega歐米茄２５３１．８０手錶，也是上海納沙泰爾手錶服務中心有限公司負責進行維修保養的，如果拿去維修保養，又會怎樣呢？

I am a customer form Guangzhou, P.R.C. I am writing to you for a solution for my maintence service.
I bought a Mido Commander with the model of M8429.4.C1.1 years ago. I went to one of your service center in Mainland China, Shanghai SMH Watch Service Center Co., Ltd. (Guangzhou Branch) (the “SMH GZ” located at Rm921-923 South Tower, World Trade Center, No:371-375 Huan Shi Dong Road, Guangzhou, China) for maintenance service.
However, I was refused for the maintenance service at the service center for the reason that no fittings were available. I was disappointed and surprised that why there were no fittings available when you launched the Mido Commander watch collection for its 50th anniversary this year. Further more, I called Shanghai SMH Watch Service Center Co., Ltd. (Hong Kong Branch) (the “SMH HK”) for the same maintenance service and got positive reply. I was also advised by SMH HK that they could send my watch to your headquarters if they had no resolution.
As a customer of yours (I also got an Omega 2531.80 from yours), I do want to have my problem solved at your Guangzhou service center (which I assume it should be of the same service quality as all your service centers worldwide) since I am a Guangzhou citizen.

很感謝你們這麼快就有回復！我的手錶就是拿去抹油保養而爾，換什麼零件？！接待我的工作人員說我的手錶太舊款了，沒零件換。我已當場對他們說：第一，這款表是ＭＩＤＯ標榜風行幾十年還在生產的款式，在今年還出品了５０周年紀念版；第二，我曾掛長途電話電話去香港的ＭＩＤＯ維修保養點詢問過，他們說可以抹油保養。廣州ＭＩＤＯ維修保養點的工作人員大概是幹得有點膩了吧！
