Yes they are very professional and that is one of the reason I bought from them.
I know I might or might not get couple hundreds off from LEE HING HWA in S.G. but the sales lady with a big mole really turn me off.

Tomorrow I will be fly to Japan (join a tour with my family) for 4 days. I am gonna try to visit "http://www.kame-kichi.com. Not sure if it is close to where the our tour is going.

From their website shows a Explore II for 329,000 Yen around $3,100 usd.

I don't know the name of the tool. But it's for adjusting acuracy. He adjusted to +- 0 second per day.
