Dear calatravayang,
The Campanola is HUGE indeed , it's around 54mmx42mm ,one of the biggest watch that I have, the other one is Bell & Ross - 44mm Diameter, so I guess the round one should be around 42~44 mm Diameter. May be can find more info to you on tomorrow.

基於兩款錶應該是用同一顆機心的邏輯來講，我也猜圓型款大概至少也有44mm 
感謝你的熱心分享，有些錶雖然不很熱門但也是很有自己的特色，如果有能力我也想多方嘗試 |
