Dear Mr. Lin,
we thank you for your interest in a handmade watch of Jörg Schauer.
During the last years watches made by Jörg Schauer had a very long delivery time of 6-8 months. Nevertheless from time to time we had to postpone deliveries.
Reason for this was and still are the enormous efforts of Mr. Schauer for the present and future growth of STOWA which is extremely time-consuming .
STOWA grows and grows - and we are very glad about this.
Of course for this success new production areas and structures have to be found as well
as new employees.
Since the beginning of July the production site is ready and we have new employees which are already teached.
During the coming year some other projects outstanding already for a long time will be realized.
Therefore Mr. Schauer will have no more time to accept orders for new Schauer watches besides the existing (of which we have also a large number).
As Mr. Schauer produces from time to time contrary to all reasons (but because of the enthusiasm for his profession) a Schauer watch it might be possible that one or two watches will be produced. In this case we will contact you if there should be a watch out of band available.
We know that each patience has his natural limits and therefore we don't want to give you a promise for shipment we cannot keep at the end.
We keep to the absolute truth this is what we have always done during the last 22 years.
Mr. Schauer is trying to optimize and to coordinate the future business at STOWA in a way which guarantees that he has then enough time to produce again his handmade Schauer watches in the usual and best quality.
This was and will always be his demand.
