Congratulation on your purchase. I bought the exact same watch from 安心堂 too. $3800 is a pretty fair price in LA, back in 2003 when I was shopping for the GMT II the list price at that time was around $4200, I got it from Anshindo for $3800 OTD with credit card. But you know what, just like you said 爽就好. |

I have a question regarding changing hour hand when traveling.
Here is my question: LA 5/20 1 pm = Taipei 5/21 4 am According to the Rolex manual, when traveling west the hour hand should be move backwards. For example, when I arrived in Taipei at above time, I move the hour hand backward to 4 (not one revolution yet) and the date is still 20th. If I move the hour hand to the second 4 (almost 2 revolutions), the date changed to 19th. Why can't the date be right? Or when traveling west, the hour hand should be moved forward not backward? |

到達臺北是forward 不是backward!
Taiwan's time is 9 hours ahead of CA time. 轉錯方向 when you arrived Taiwan your main watch time is point at 1 PM of 5/20 and local time is 4 AM 5/21 so you need to set your watch to 4 AM on 5/21. so you forward your hour(short one) to 4 AM and when you pass 12 the date will change from 20 to 21. but your long red hour hand will stay the same point at 1 AM. |

I was with my watch buddy at Anshindo last weekend, he bought a Lady's Tudor Sub (he collects all kinds of Rolex and Tudor watches). The sales attitude were the best I've seen in a while.
