both also selling at very good price....
choose from the appearance....

archimede crystal is flat... onion crown
steinhart crystal is dome... no onion crown

steinhart leather is thicker
archimede leather is more dressy...

all in all i'll say steinhart look tougher and wear bigger
and arhimede is smaller and more refine like a dress watch...

i had steinhart before... but sold it after i had my laco wus le
now still keeping a archimede pilot original....

RE : "ROYCE-YU"
seems that not easy to be have group order... Ãø¹L¨ìú
also, i still no reply fm both sale for 3 days... «D±`¥Í®ð

RE : "yenfoolun"
so, do you prefer i change to buy "LACO Pilot A auto" (42mm) ?
& i found that the one of STEINHART at the "6" font is slightly diff. w/ Archimede & Stowa one, what do you think ?

since i just saw a feedback fm HK forum that STEINHART movement is made in China (PRC) !! have you hear about that ? Åå³Y

thank you very much !

Hi Brothers,

i got the update fm the sales today...

RE : Steinhart,
- they offer me eur300 incl. shipping. ¯w²´

RE : Laco,
- Pilot A auto is eur198 incl. shipping but in Miyota 8215 movement only. Åå³Y

i'm now in strong headache, since Steinhart got ETA2824-2 movement but not sure it's real swiss made quality or not. & seems that Laco quality will be better regarding to their history but the use the Miyota 8215 movement ! §x´b

**let share your comment so that i can choose the good one which can maintain my budget. thank you bery much... §x´b

i can confirm steinhart use swiss eta movement...
i had open all my steinhart watches to see the movement...
confirm swiss, otherwise they cant put swiss made also...
but their case is china made! same as azimuth... nav b 47mm is exactly same as azimuth jagbombardier....
i got only 1 problem with steinhart... their qc not as good. but customer service is ok
if u got problem, they will send fedex to pick up and repair. no worry. i experience that!

laco got alot of choice actually...

best quality is stowa
archimede, steinhart and laco almost same quality to me...
laco only limited edition u can find the onion crown...

so buy the design u like and better get swiss eta movement....
miyolta alot of winding problem...

thanks "yenfoolun", you gave a great comment.
i'm also considering seriously for Stowa,
just the prx... (eur512 + eur59 fedex shipping)
do you know why the shipping cost of STOWA is specially high ? §x´b

if u can afford for stowa and ok with the small size...
than i'm 100% sure u wont regret....

bout stowa high shipping.... hehe...
it has been discussed in many many forum about shipping cost and tax charged by stowa.... most ppl think stowa purposely do that to control the price.... so that the whole world is selling same price....

in europe they hv vat 19%... but shipping is low
in us they hv no vat but other taxes depends on states... n shipping slightly higher to balance up....

then in korea and taiwan they hv their agent.... so they control the price....

but when come to malaysia and singapore, these 2 little countries... especially singapore, appreciate stowa watches very much...
but singapore only hv little gst and malaysia no tax at all....

so stowa still selling euro price to these 2 side by side countries....
otherwise, as a malaysian i can get no tax stowa at all... which is 19% cheaper....
so when ppl question bout all these, stowa just simply said is because of fedex who charge them....

so i do hv a fren.... he purposely open an fedex account... then he insisted to use his account to pay fedex... end of the day he manage to get the watch cheaper....

i hope i answered all your questions....

btw i wrote this... i just received a steinhart nav b... 47mm version ... ordered this for my colleague...
