事情都過半年多了 說真的 什麼氣也應該都消了 
跟個位報告一下後續的狀況 在下是在上年九月底第一時間把錶退回去 並通知 Paypal 及溫哥華稅務局此事 不到一個月Paypal 已經將錢退給我了 而溫哥華稅務局因要相關證件郵件往來直到這個月才將稅金用支票退稅

Thanks..I wonder your watch was manufactured by German factory. It's reality that most German enthused on craftsmanship under traditional horology as well as they contemplated the quality assurance of each wristwatch. Generally, I do think German watches are versatile and reliable maybe only on a few famous brands such as Glashutte Original.
Nevertheless, it's a bad experience for you but good sharing for us..
