這支表沒有幾十萬耶...不過確實有的高價名錶的品管也會讓人有傻眼的時候....

第一次從網路訂錶就碰釘子真是幸好不是什麼大錶

希望大大可以順利解決，拿到這種有瑕疵的新錶心中的不爽已經跟購買的單價是高是低無關了

我买过几个steinhart的表！表都没问题！只是有一次因为nav b才推出第一天，我就在网上下定。
可是当时mr。gunter决定重新设计较厚的透视表背，为了让龙头不会刮伤手背，我等了两个星期没收到表，email他也没回！
然后我就在paypal投诉，他收到paypal的电话才会我email，说他人在swiss等待该表表背，所以没收到我的email！

也许前几天德国假期，请耐心点，我明白大大的感受。

还有，可以尝试把问题带到

我相信问题可以很快获得回音和解决！

建議別用什麼送修了
這間公司的錶連限量號都這樣亂套
叫他們直接退錢免得以後損失更大

(小弟認為是可以退的~ 因為這已經是品管出現極大的問題
如果不退的話~ 直接把您的這些照片放上德國的網站上看
他們理不理會)

大哥我從WUS看到你的抱怨連了過來我要說你不是個案我昨天收到一樣的錶我從來沒看過游絲跟擺輪那麼奇怪的好像很無力擺輪擺動的頻率很低手錶走的飛快昨天晚上上滿鏈到現在快了超過七個小時妳相信嗎不是七分鐘是七個小時!!!!!!!!!

但是我買的另外一隻ESQUELETO倒是質感不錯沒什麼問題目前一切滿意我也再等STEINHART的答覆

謝謝大大給的網址在下po了一篇之後就有前輩通知錶廠此問題

但是在下想不到錶廠第一封下竟然纖指則我沒有通知他還要到處po信求救另一方面製表的錯物則是在"人" 熟人無過

而第二封信去辦公司後才發現我有寫了三封給他們請教他才回了我的問題加道歉

在下決定po 上我跟錶廠之間的信件

If my workers do a mistake I think they can do this. They are only people.. you know this..

And you know no body is perfect.. we send out tousend of watches.. and some have a problem..

And all come back first to me to handle this .

But I think it is a normal way if I have a problem so I go back to the company I buy this watch ??? or..

Sorry for my late but i was some days not in the office and my workers are in holiday..

Ok now we go to your problems..

Ok..the watch no.. I think my watchmaker make a mistake we make a double check in germany.. and they make this mistake..

Ok. Finger print.. we can change not nomaly but what can I do… we do our best, but you see mistake we can do.. we are all people..

The other mistake ok I don’t know what is happen.. but what can we do..

You know and I think you make a mistake also in your lifetime .. ????

Please send back the watch to me..

Use our own fedex account.. 2875-4634-3… and if you want we change the watch for you..

And send you a new great watch back.. because I think this watch looks very nice.. and it is a very nice piece..

Or if you don’t like this watch .. you get back your money at once.. ( give me your paypal account )

But this way what you do.. is not fair..
I cannot understand.. we sell many watches in the hole world and I can talk or mail with every body.. only not with you..??

Thank you for your not so quick response!! I thought "Customer Service" is a 24-hour department!!??

I did send your company THREE letters, but NO ONE respond to me, therefore a so helpless guy like me can only get your company's attention by post this on the Forum.

If this caused you some problem, I am so sorry!!!!!! BUT, by receiving a defected watch and complain with no response....if you were me, what can you do. I know this is not the most expensive watch in your company therefore your Customer Service might not take it too seriously....but at least... let me know you are dealing with my case by issuing me a letter of acknowledge, I think for any "people" they will do so, not hanging me here wondering if Steinhart is a responsible company or not!!!!!!!!!!

I also have Bvlgary, Chopard, Rolex, Techno Marine watch and they are all "PERFECT" watches with no finger prints, no grease, no scratches, these are also made by "people", how come they did not make mistakes,I think this is a problem with your QC department, can not complain that "people" make mistakes, especially these are series of mistakes in one watch!!

And for all the defects I mentioned, I don't think these are small problems, and I don't see these problems, scratches, numbering wrong, grease happen to any other watch manufacturer!! Even though it's a late response, I will still thank you for taking it seriously, and I hope I am the last customer who received a defected watch.......

I will send the watch back and my paypal account is shihtsung@gmail.com. I also paid for Canada duty and please help me get refund on this.
