If my workers do a mistake I think they can do this. They are only people.. you know this..

And you know no body is perfect.. we send out tousend of watches.. and some have a problem..

And all come back first to me to handle this .

Ok..the watch no.. I think my watchmaker make a mistake we make a double check in germany.. and they make this mistake..

Ok. Finger print.. we can change not nomaly but what can I do¡K we do our best, but you see mistake we can do.. we are all people..

The other mistake ok I don¡¦t know what is happen.. but what can we do..

You know and I think you make a mistake also in your lifetime .. ????

Thank you for your not so quick response!! I thought "Customer Service" is a 24-hour department!!??

I did send your company THREE letters, but NO ONE respond to me, therefore a so helpless guy like me can only get your company's attention by post this on the Forum.

If this caused you some problem, I am so sorry!!!!!! BUT, by receiving a defected watch and complain with no response....if you were me, what can you do. I know this is not the most expensive watch in your company therefore your Customer Service might not take it too seriously....but at least... let me know you are dealing with my case by issuing me a letter of acknowledge, I think for any "people" they will do so, not hanging me here wondering if Steinhart is a responsible company or not!!!!!!!!!!

I also have Bvlgary, Chopard, Rolex, Techno Marine watch and they are all "PERFECT" watches with no finger prints, no grease, no scratches, these are also made by "people", how come they did not make mistakes,I think this is a problem with your QC department, can not complain that "people" make mistakes, especially these are series of mistakes in one watch!!

And for all the defects I mentioned, I don't think these are small problems, and I don't see these problems, scratches, numbering wrong, grease happen to any other watch manufacturer!! Even though it's a late response, I will still thank you for taking it seriously, and I hope I am the last customer who received a defected watch.......

I will send the watch back and my paypal account is shihtsung@gmail.com. I also paid for Canada duty and please help me get refund on this.
