Vogard... a new brand.

They came up with a newly patented design which you can just rotate the bezel and the hour hand would change. The bezel marks with city names and it takes daylight saving into consideration too.

This is an entry model, and I think it's €4000.

Their website is still under construction, but you can get some info there.

oh, they also make one for pilots (airport code instead of names), and golfer (I think it has city name of the famous golf courses). And if you want a customized one, they will make you one with your choice of cities and will guarantee it'd be a unique piece. And if anyone wants the same piece, they'd have to get your permission. It's not a bad marketing idea.
