Dont know what reason, but I was banded from ebtering this forum, says I was trying to pass the Filter system.
But I didnt to a thing.
If any one see this post, please help me to get conect with administrator.

Access denied to system because of URL Filter Configuration. Message ID FILTER_DENIED Problem Description Your system was configured to deny access to the requested URL. Possible Problem Cause Request denied, as specified in the local filter list configuration. Possible Solution Contact your network support team if this problem persists. 要refresh四、五次後才能開網頁
