Nomos is definitely a good choice although it did hurt a lot of Taiwanese fans' heart. 
However, I have no idea if it is cheap in Germany. But before you go to Germany, you can check the price of some Nomos models from 典藏館 as a reference. It may help you to benchmark the price there. Good luck.
