Finally, I have confirmed with Hamilton in switzerland.
The accuracy of Hamilton watches are generally +/- 15 seconds per day.
Also, the watch was assembled in USA. I cannot see any 'swiss made' on the watch, this is why I have sent e-mail to ask.

Oh, I also want to buy Hamilton mechanical in coming few month and I love the hamilton khaki mechanical as it is clear and not much complicated thing on the dial and have military look. Seems need to do more research on watch selection.

Assembled in USA does not mean it is bad. Actually Hamilton was a USA company. On the other hand, I discover that the leather strap version of my watch has 'swiss made' on the strap. Also, I think for most Hamilton, it is 'swiss made' products. Hope these information can help you. |

not all hamilton watches are within C.O.S.C. standard. It depends if you are lucky or not. I have heard some cases can be within +/- 5 seconds each day.
The data I provided is referring to those without the COSC certificate. |
