my interest: AP, Pam, IWC, Rolex .....(new, pre-owned)
you can reply in chinese. I can understand chinese, just that I do not have the chinese input software.

Go to the ADs and you can have 5% tax-returned. 中美, 九二and 寶鴻堂 are good choices.

the Dickson watchs & Jewelley also can do tax refund.
the store will ask you fill out the form. you can claim tax refund at airport. proceed to the tax refund counter and present your purchases with the form. Watch Stores |

check patek official web site and find taiwan destributions make some phone calls for yourself might be a lot faster than just ask around
