hahahahaaa Everyone always want konw it but it always have't a good answar because everyone have diffence discount in Taiwan i propose u can go to Japan buy Patek . u will get the best price (Taiwan is very expensive  )

Other than Taiwan, you should also try Singapore as well as HK.
As the HK dollar is pegged to the US, it may offer the best "value" since both NT as well as SGD have appreciated some against the USD. Furthermore, HK has no GST (~5% in Taiwan and Singapore), therefore, theoretically, the list price in HK should be lower than the other 2 countries. As far as I am aware, the mainland Chinese nor the Russians are "on" to Lange yet, so it may still be possible to find Datograph Perpetual although Lange is always quite hard to find due to its production capacity.
