My Rolex 1601 also fast 10 seconds /day. but the watch keep over 10 days still fast 10 secs/days . it is a accuracy !. if one watch begin fast 3 secs /days , after few days it slow 10 seconds/ days ,then the watch is not accuracy . the daily range too high . How seconds fast per day just seem the watchmaker adjust the timing .
