Hi - New Member here.
Just want to share my experience, I was debating the same thing in 2008. I didn't like 88 because the dial was too busy, and 90 had a Power Reserve of 38 hours? I can understand if the Indicator is for a 8 day, but the reserve should always be (at least) around 18 hours if you are it daily. I ended up getting PAM 161 because I found out how much the bracelet was going to cost me stand-alone. Compared to AP ROO and Rolex GMTIIC - this bracelet is the most comfortable of the 3. Holds the watch in place, balance the weight of the case, good tight fit with full / half link adjustments. It does get scratched up though. But this will be buffed out during your 3rd year SPA visit anyways. In 2008 I ordered PAM 161 K directly from the Florence Boutique (worked with Guisseppe - head salesperson). I received 18.5% tax reduction off price (shipping directly out of Florence). Received watch in the U.S. 2 weeks later (brand new coming off production line). I had to pay $240 duty into U.S. though. Not sure what the policy is in Taiwan - but something to think about. |
