ROLEX offers two-year full warranty (on brand new watches of course). If anything goes wrong, you should bring it to an authorized dealer. If the dealer can't fix it, call ROLEX directly.
The daily variation should be less than 2 seconds, per COSC certification. In addition, F series started late last year. ROLEX needs services every 5+ years. It doesn't make sense that the oil dried up. Something must be wrong with your ROLEX. Did you buy from a real authorized dealer? Damage on the crown by the dealer is not acceptable at all. A ROLEX-certified technician should not be so careless to damage the watch. The dealer should replace a new crown for you. Call ROLEX. |

That is normal.. all my Rolexs have the same situation. usually I wil wear one for like 3 months then switch to another one. I need to 上發條 then shake the watch for couple times..秒針才會動 if you really mind all the problems with your 16610 I think you should take the trade in to get the 16600. I bought some Rolexs for past 10 years only one got a little problem so far. It's my 16570 Exp-2. The second time zone hand didn't line up exactly when the minute hand is on the 12...it's off like till minute hand goes to 2! Other than this so far so good..Rolex never give me any problem. |
