IMHO, neither Breguet nor Vecheron Constantin are good at making 'muscle watches'. Both house make excellent pieces that are refined and understated. If you're after 'muscle watches', I'd recommend a Breitling or TAG Heuer or something like them. But then again, you don't need to take any notice of me.
Anyway, if you're determined to get one of the two, I'd go for the Breguet Type XX.
