Sorry I am afraid that you don't get the point.
This watch is running 5 minutes (not seconds) in every hour, that is, it will run 2 hours faster in every day.
It is two hours a day. Can you imagine that?
I will sure send the watch back, but please please do not open or detach it in order to fix it, once you confirm the status I mentioned above is TRUE.
All I want is a brand new one (exchange) or a refund (this is a universal business rule applying to every item with bad conditon in initial shipping) if exchange is not acceptable.
As I mentioned earlier, there exists nobody who will let his watch opened and fixed soon after the purchase without ever wearing it on his hand.
If you intend to fix it,
that means I have to pay again the shipping fees and custom tax again just to regain an amendable watch, which I can already do here via a local watch shop without extra shipping cost and tax.
This is surely what I don't expect.
I am not asking you or begging you, I am just insistting the basic right I have.
I have informed my credit card company (American Express), they said they will take over the case if it is not follwing the ordinary business rule.
I will send back the watch tomorrow no matter what your reply will be, via the Taiwan Postal Service (EMS) as suggested.
It will arrive in about 4-5 days.

終於給了承諾 這事應可平安落幕 只要他不要再寄 another faulty item. 奇怪, 當然是靠我的雙眼與另一隻準確的錶 而且我不是只看一次, 而是每天看好幾次, 調好時間再過幾小時還是一樣 難不成我有delusion 還是hallucilation?
