Go back to the SC...this is the only way can solve ur problem..
The dust need to be removed!!

i heard someone's panerai got a dent from hk sc
wonder if its from the same guy i suggest post ur complaints to richmont btw how long they repair your watch? i thot adjust movement is easy because the 鵝頸式維調 was there? |

That dust will indeed bother me too if my watches have the same problem. Sent it back and ask them to remove it for you. PANERAI service center has had bad reputation for lone time, that's part of my reasons for not purchasing a PANERAI.

i found it in driving car after two days out hk sc
"slow " problem is allringt i go back hk sc at last week i angry when i called them ,they not say sorry for me ,and no message for complaint. |

you should take me there next time i will make sure give them a hard time.. lol i been to richmont sc sydney and taipei, their attitude is ok but they do seem to have short supply of staffs, it takes a long time for service or repair. |
