用臺灣郵局的EMS服務
報關單上寫維修退回原址(加拿大)
並附上原廠維修收據影印本(最好用英文,而且最好用透明塑膠袋附在箱子外部
以方便加拿大海關人員抽出觀看查證)
這樣也可以買全額保險不怕手錶寄丟
萬一被加拿大海關亂課稅事後還可以寫信據理力爭把稅設法要回來
原廠英文invoice非常重要

Never buy Rolex in US! It's too expensive! Rolex USA "SxxK"! Ask someone to get one for you from Taiwan or HK! It's cheaper! |

Agree with BB. I think Asia is generally cheaper.
This is kind of strange, but some brands are cheaper here and some are cheap in Asia. And the list price may not be the same either. Rolex, Omega, IWC and Cartier are likely cheaper in Asia. I helped my friend getting a Moon watch earlier this year, and even I found him a Killer discount, I think it's still more expensive than HK. |

Dear BB, Two more questions would like to ask you. First, the price I ask here at authorized dealer is 10% off and no tax if ship it out of state. So the final price for 16710 or 16570 will be around NT 127000 (only 16710 and 16570 have this kind of discount, Sub and SD are too popular here in US). Now my question is: this price is acceptable or still no good (I really don't know the price in Taiwan)? My second question is: I know you own 16710 and 16570, but which one you like more? Thank you. I bought several RolexS from this guy. (5 actually no custom tax on any of them , I knew one of his customer in CA he actually got hit by posting him 6% tax..still not bad)
I didn't have any problem with him. The problem is you need to take the risk for mailing the Rolex into US. The US Customs might find out and confiscate your watch. You can find this issue at TimeZone forum from time to time. |
