總覺得 PR 是仿傚著 Lange 1, 畢竟比起 1994 推出的 Lange 1, PR 硬是晚了六年(2000 or 2001?).

Gee, I've been busy these days and can't believe I've missed out such interesting thread.
Ok, it's not a fair comparison between L1 and PR. However, this is what I've heard (from a very knowledgeable US dealer quoting a very prominent German collector):
Lange actually copied the design, even their release date came first. When the private investors bought the Lange name (along with Walter Lange himself) from GUB (Basically GO), they didn't have anything. They have no technology, so they borrowed it from the Swiss (hence, some German look at Lange as swiss). And because of the close relationship with GUB, they kind of "borrowed" the off center design. However, they don't really know how GO makes the big date, hence the 2 level date plates.
I don't know the accuracy of this thing, but the source is trustworthy. And don't even bring this up in front of Dr. Frank Muller. I heard he can get pretty upset, b/c they don't want to get into a public relation battle, so they just accept the fact that most people think GO stole the design and not the other way around.
For those who don't know me, I'm a PR owner myself.

Yeah, I'm not sure how accurate this thing is. However, if I tell you the source, you may believe it. B/c this has not been verified, I don't want to post it here. Hey, I'm not here to spread rumors.

價錢Lang1當是較高，較高未必是較高的級別，當看花錢的大爺是否值得，就Lang1打磨略勝的差別，要付出這麼大的代價，更何況，就機心設計，PR 未必是居下風，級別何在？
目前許多名廠，面對許許多多的挑戰者，都需要步步為營，名廠出品當是佳作？未必，有時名不見經傳的小廠，亦能一舉推翻全盤，做為一位消費者，當需多面考量，人云未必需要亦云，能有自己的主見，賞表之路就不會迷失∼∼
Lange1與PR，未必是lange1勝出，也未必是PR奪標，站在不同處，就有不同的結論。畢卡索與梵谷誰勝？法拉利與保時捷誰勝？人，到處想幫萬物分級，卻迷思其中，苦了，當是自己，錯了，當是忘了好好品味兩者的優點，卻忙著挖出兩者的缺點。

當初 Zenith 重新擁有自治權的後
Zenith 已經被那家破產然後被LG 收購的電視製造商弄的很慘了,
嚴格算起來新的Zenith 跟 新的 GO 比, 新的Zenith 比較年輕
最近幾年產品也慢慢健全,
不過 LV 漲價
唉

不過GO和Zenith應該也是類別不同,而不是級別不同吧.....

對不起,ZENITH那打開的表面,露出部份擺輪等機件,我實在覺得畫蛇添足,而且印象中,真正的中高價位表好像沒人如此處理,反而自暴其短,透空的骨架表面處理居然只是魚鱗圓點打磨,不是日內瓦脊紋,又沒倒角處理,跟近年來為了翻身標榜打磨更精緻,大異其趣,看看古董懷錶一些機件表面那才是值得露在表面秀給人看的,以PP,ALANG等為例,魚鱗狀圓點打磨一定用於面盤側,不會用在正背面,就是因為此種打磨以機械磨出,給人低級感,又無美感可言,我個人實在懷疑ZENITH美感的設計,戴上它建議應該用衣袖遮起來.純屬個人觀點!!!

這就像是一間5千萬的豪宅跟一間一千多萬的房子,要兩者都要用SRC,外牆地磚用料要一樣,這不太可能吧.......純個人對此問題的看法...
