結合了我先前也遇到過的一些技術上的問題，我聯絡上Patek Philippe
原廠的人員給我以下答覆！
rayweipu兄可以參考一下！並要求武祥將您的錶（ref.5054）免費送
瑞士維修保養一次！因為武祥已經違規動手拆裝維修您的5054.原廠鄭重
說明台灣無權拆裝維修此等級的錶款！
其他有Patek Philippe的錶友也可以參考！
Dear Mr Lin,
We thank you for your E-mail dated 01 February 2006, a copy of which has been passed for my attention in order to assist you with your request.
Further to your comments, we would like to inform you that the Patek Philippe Service Centre Wu Shang
Company in Taiwan, is an Authorized Patek Philippe Service Centre.
They are however only able to repair locally our more simple calibres for the moment (quartz, manual and automatic) . All other watches above this technical level have to be sent back by Wu Shang to our Manufacture in Geneva for Service.
For your information, we are currently training two new watchmakers from Wu Shang Company here in Geneva for the repairing and servicing Patek Philippe watches. We also have one of our qualified Patek Philippe Technical Trainers in Taiwan this month, in order to give more training support to the watchmakers at Wu Shang Company to further improve their technical knowledge.
We are very much convinced that our Service Centre in Taiwan will provide you with the level of Service you can expect from a Patek Philippe Service Centre.
Regarding your experience with one of your Patek Philippe timepieces at Wu Shang Company
We would need more details of the mentioned timepiece in order to investigate the situation you described. It would therefore be very helpful if you could fax us a copy of the Certificate of Origin of this timepiece as well as for the Patek Philippe watch you would like to have serviced.

恭喜恭喜！ 不過還是要提醒 rayweipu 兄， 送錶過去武祥時要將錶況及故障現象以英文填單寫清楚。 並要求武祥影印一份蓋章給您留存。 若要確定手錶真的有到瑞士， 那您取錶時會有： 1.手錶 2.維修工單（明細） 3.皮錶套 4.硬紙錶盒 若可也請武祥把此錶進出海關文件一併出示。 為了防止武祥欺瞞客戶（其實只是把錶放在武祥維修中心放到四月） 這些一定要做到，到時若還有問題可以據理力爭。 武祥膽敢公然違反PP總廠的要求，一定敢騙消費者其他...。 _________________ "Only work which is the product of inner compulsion can have spiritual meaning." |

再去武祥一趟吧∼ 親自辦好必要的手續，拿到該有的文件！ 型號，機芯號碼都要有！ 若他們收走了你的保單，應該要回來， 武祥只需要影本！ 另請武祥確定送出此錶時（已報關完成上飛機了）， 將日期告訴您，約三天後您再跟 Mr. Alpiger 聯繫！ International Service Assistant Daniela Alpiger Commercial Customer Service daniela.alpiger@patek.com 請他幫您看守進度最穩當。 武祥的行事風格與誠信我早三四年前就看得很清楚了， 代理商就是代理商， 跟原廠或跟那些原廠在台分公司的嚴謹正派作風不一樣。 在台灣買武祥公司貨本來就不妥當， 恰巧又是瑕疵品，只有請 rayweipu 兄多擔待！ 將來無論是要脫手或繼續收藏都比較好。 _________________ "Only work which is the product of inner compulsion can have spiritual meaning." |

不敢當∼ 自己也是 Patek Philippe 的錶迷， 努力揭弊期望讓台灣的代理商越來越進步， 能跟上世界的水準。 另外武祥在台灣的維修保養價格高過原廠， 我也正在跟原廠交涉中，希望也有好消息。 _________________ "Only work which is the product of inner compulsion can have spiritual meaning." |
